You walk into a dealership floor that splits sales and service under one roof. Showroom new bikes occupy the front; the service bays run deeper into A Square's ground level. The counter staff route you to sales consultants for purchases or service advisors for workshop bookings.
The workshop operates four distinct service lines: customization for riders modifying their bikes, technician services for mechanical and electrical work, inspection for pre-purchase or routine checks, and maintenance covering everything from oil changes to parts replacement. Staffing follows Harley-Davidson's tiered certification model with Master technicians at the top, Advanced level below that, and Staff technicians handling standard procedures. Each tier brings different diagnostic and customization capability. The dealership also maintains service consultants who translate between what you describe and what the technicians need to hear, plus managers coordinating workflow across the bays. This is one of three AAS locations in Thailand; the Bangkok flagship on Vibhavadi and the Pattaya branch share the same parts network and training pipeline.
Sales counter runs 9 AM to 6 PM daily. The service workshop keeps the same hours but closes Sundays; plan mechanical work for Monday through Saturday.
