AISA Thai Visa Consultancy provides immigration support to foreign nationals in Bangkok navigating the Thai visa and work permit system. The consultancy handles document preparation, eligibility assessment, and submission coordination for the main categories of non-immigrant visas and immigration transactions.
Retirement visa services cover the Non-Immigrant O-A application and annual extension process. Clients must meet one of two financial thresholds: 800,000 baht deposited in a Thai bank and held for 60 days prior to application, or a certified monthly income of 65,000 baht from abroad. AISA confirms documentation compliance against current immigration requirements before submission to avoid rejection for formatting issues.
Marriage and dependent visas (Non-O) follow a separate document checklist, including marriage certificate legalization for foreign-issued documents. The consultancy coordinates the legalization steps if not already completed.
Work permit applications are submitted by employers, not employees. The consultancy works with both employer HR representatives and the individual employee to compile the required package: company documentation, employee credentials, and employment evidence. Annual renewal coordination keeps Non-B visas and work permits aligned.
90-day address notifications can be submitted online through the Immigration Bureau portal, but AISA handles this on behalf of clients who prefer not to manage the online system themselves. The submission deadline is within 15 days before or 7 days after the 90-day due date - missing it incurs a 2,000 baht fine.
