Central Silom Complex has anchored the top of Silom Road since 1993 with a format that combines a Central Department Store across multiple floors, a Tops Supermarket in the basement, and an international-heavy dining floor at level four. The BTS Sala Daeng connection and an MRT Silom station nearby make it one of the most transit-accessible malls in the Bangkok CBD. Worth it for the convenience factor alone.

Central Silom Complex at 191 Si Lom Road, Si Lom, Bang Rak, opened in 1993 as a mixed-use development combining a shopping mall with office floors in a 31-storey tower occupying 7 rai of land in the heart of Bangkok's main business district. A sky bridge connects the complex directly to Sala Daeng BTS Skytrain Station, and Silom MRT Station is a short walk away, making this one of the better-served transit intersections in the city for a retail destination.

The retail component is built around the Central Department Store, which is the only Central-branded department store on Silom Road and therefore serves the dense concentration of offices, hotels, and residences in the immediate area. Brands represented in the complex include Mango, MUJI, Swarovski, Daiso, and Asia Books, alongside beauty counters, fashion boutiques, accessories, jewellery, stationery, home decor, IT products, and electronics.

The basement level houses the Tops Supermarket, a premium grocery offering fresh produce, imported foods, and everyday household essentials in a format oriented toward quality over volume. The fourth floor is dedicated to food and beverage, with a lineup that includes MK Restaurant, Fuji Restaurant, Viet Cuisine, Shabu 101, and Coco Ichibanya among others. A Wine Connection outlet and Swensen's are also present within the complex.

Banking and financial services are well represented: the complex hosts Kasikorn Bank and Siam Commercial Bank branches, a money transfer office, and ATMs throughout the building. Additional services include Mail Boxes Etc. for shipping and business support, a Dtac telephone network counter, and insurance service desks, making Central Silom Complex a practical stop for administrative errands as well as retail.

Vehicle access is supported by 1,300 dedicated parking spaces within the building. The complex operates under the Central Group and can be reached at +66 2 231 3333 for store directory enquiries or operating hours.
