On the 4th floor of EmQuartier, beside Box Office, the DHL Express ServicePoint runs as a walk-up counter. You arrive with the goods, then tell the staff member where the parcel needs to go. Walk-ins welcome, no shipping account or minimum weight required.
The smart play is to set up the shipment in DHL Express ShipNow before you walk over. The app lets you key in the recipient address and generate a QR code for whichever service level you need. At the counter, staff scan the code, weigh the parcel against the published Express tariff, and finalise payment in cash or by app. Once paid, packaging happens at the branch. Items go into a DHL-supplied carton with the printed label stuck on top. The receipt comes with a tracking number. If you skip the app and arrive cold, the same desk sets everything up manually, which adds a few minutes while staff key in destination details and dimensions by hand. You do not need to arrive with your own box. Boxes and tape are kept behind the counter at no extra line item.
One practical note: the counter runs 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, seven days a week, the same hours as the mall. There is no Sunday closure and no lunchtime break. If you arrive in the last fifteen minutes of the day, ask staff whether they can still pack and process before close.
