The format is pure omakase: you trust the chef, the chef picks the ingredients, and what arrives is tempura done the Tokyo way. If you want to steer your own order or skip the counter ritual, this is not the room.

You walk through a sliding door on Gaysorn's 3rd floor and the counter is immediately in front of you. The chef works Edo-style tempura at the station, and the entire meal is omakase format: chef's choice, no menu negotiation.

The kitchen originated in Tokyo's Ginza district, opened a Singapore branch, and brought the same veteran-chef model to Bangkok. The frying is done in front of you. Ingredients are seasonal and chef-selected.

Reservations go through the phone line or the Chope platform, and the booking is required, not optional. Lunch runs 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM with last entry at 1:30 PM, dinner 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM with final seating at 8:00 PM. The restaurant is closed Mondays and on fish market holidays, so if you are planning around a long weekend, confirm before you commit.

The venue specializes in tempura only. This is not a multi-course kaiseki with tempura as one element; the entire focus is batter, oil temperature, and timing. The dining style is counter-facing, which means you watch each piece come off the station and you eat it within seconds of frying.

Gaysorn Centre is BTS Chit Lom, and the restaurant sits on the same floor as several other Japanese establishments, so the signage is modest. Parking is available in the mall structure. The kitchen closes when the mall's food-service hours end, and the last-entry times are enforced strictly to respect the omakase pacing.
