The parent brand is Sushi Katsumidori, a Japanese company founded in 2002 with the mission of delivering premium conveyor-belt sushi by combining the quality standards of Umegaoka Sushi no Midori Sohonten, a traditional Tokyo sushi establishment with over 30 years of history, with an accessible, affordable price point. At the Bangkok branch, sushi plates on the conveyor start at 40 THB, with premium items reaching up to 180 THB.
