This is the authorized repair point, not a third-party shop. Book through LG Thailand's central hotline or walk in during office hours. The Richmond Building location puts you one floor up from street level, wheelchair accessible from the car park.
The service center operates on the first floor of Richmond Building, just off Sukhumvit 26. You reach it Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Closed weekends.
This is LG Thailand's authorized service point for the Sukhumvit corridor. Repairs cover the full LG product range under warranty and out-of-warranty work. Repair requests can be submitted online through LG Thailand's support portal before visiting, or you can walk in with your product and proof of purchase.
