Order the Mangia Fuoco pizza first, then split the Truffle Arancini before it arrives. The kitchen's clear strength is the wood-fired oven and the handmade pasta program, so build the table around those two and treat the antipasti as supporting cast. Walk-ins are easy at lunch; book ahead for weekend dinner.

The escalator from the Siam BTS link bridge drops you straight onto the Ground Floor of Siam Paragon, and Mozza sits on that level inside the food zone. The Ground Floor placement matters: this is the easiest Mozza branch to walk into on a Saturday afternoon when the EmQuartier and ICONSIAM locations are heaving.

The kitchen runs a Neapolitan brick oven and a fresh-pasta station. The signature pie is the Mangia Fuoco, topped with burrata, nduja pork spread, and ventricina sausage spiked with chili and garlic. The Truffle Arancini is a deep-fried risotto ball filled with mozzarella, parmesan, and fresh truffle. The Tomato Confit and Balsamic Caramel Burrata is the antipasto to remember.

Chef Samuele Alvisi runs the room under the "La Cucina di Mamma" philosophy, which the group translates as Mom's cuisine: short ingredient lists, premium Italian sourcing, and pasta shaped by hand each morning rather than dropped in from a sealed bag.

This is the fifth Mozza opened by Hospitality Management Asia, the Bangkok group that also owns Cocotte Farm Roast & Winery and the modern brasserie Victoria by Cocotte. The other Mozza branches sit in EmQuartier, ICONSIAM, Central Chidlom, and Central Park Dusit.

The kitchen operates within Siam Paragon mall hours of 10 AM to 10 PM every day of the week. Reservations and delivery run through the group's standard booking flow. Come with two people so you can split a pizza and a pasta without choosing between the oven and the pasta station; that is the trade you do not want to make on a first visit.
