The Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music is a conservatory at 2010 Arun Amarin Road in Bang Yi Khan, Bang Phlat, on the Thonburi side of the river. Launched in 2007 as a royal project honouring Princess Galyani Vadhana and welcoming its first students in 2014, it trains musicians to a high standard with a contemporary take on classical music.
