The Column Tower at 199 Ratchadapisek Road in Khlong Toei is the registered address for PropertyGuru International (Thailand), the entity operating what has become Southeast Asia's most-cited annual real estate recognition program.
The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards launched in 2005 with a mandate to evaluate real estate excellence across the region. The program now spans more than 15 markets including Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, India, Australia and the Middle East. Evaluation covers developer awards, residential and commercial development awards, design and architecture categories, and individual industry leadership recognition, with the total category count exceeding 100 across the regional program.
For Thailand specifically, the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards is currently in its 21st edition. The 2026 gala is set for September 18 in Bangkok. The regional Grand Final and International Luncheon are scheduled for December 11, 2026, also in Bangkok, making the city a major hub in the program calendar. The awards process is positioned around three principles stated by the organizers: fair, transparent and credible judging.
