Siam Square One sits on eight rai of prime Pathum Wan land at the geographical and cultural centre of Bangkok's busiest retail district. Managed by Chulalongkorn University's Property Management office, it opened as an urban shopping centre concept, blending the energy of an open-air street market with the convenience of a climate-controlled, multi-storey building.

The seven floors are organised around a mix of retail categories designed to speak directly to a young, style-conscious Bangkok crowd. Fashion anchors include American Eagle and a full-size Nike flagship, while beauty and lifestyle space goes to EveAndBoy and NYX. Naraya holds a corner that draws both locals and international visitors.
