THAI WAKE PARK - Lumlukka (TWP Lumlukka)
18/4 Soi Sudsawas, Lieab Klong 6 Rd, Bungkumploy, Lumlukka, Pathum Thani 12150
This is Bangkok's go-to cable park for serious progression. The 5-corner layout gives you more obstacles per lap than a 2-tower, the screwless features let you slide without snagging, and the separate beginner cable means you're not fighting for space with intermediate riders. Come on a weekday if you want the cable to yourself. Book ahead for weekends.
You're standing at the edge of a purpose-built lake in Lumlukka, 45 minutes north of Bangkok, watching riders glide across flat water pulled by an overhead cable. The setup is a 5-corner counter-clockwise system with a middle island that smooths out the wake, plus a separate 2-tower cable for private bookings. The park provides every piece of kit you need (board, life jacket, helmet) at no extra charge, and if you're new to the sport, the low-speed beginner cable runs Tuesday mornings, Thursday evenings, and weekend sessions to get you stable before you step up to the main line. The obstacles are screwless, so you can press and slide without metal edges catching your board or your shins, and the pool-gap feature is the signature challenge for anyone pushing their trick vocabulary.
The on-site Intensity Pro Shop stocks replacement gear. The restaurant and bar stay open from morning through to 9:30 PM.
Onsite accommodation is available at Hotel RIDE 'n Lazy, which runs 52 rooms plus 14 dorm beds if you want to make a weekend of it or train for multiple days without the commute. The park is 30 minutes from both Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports, so it's accessible for international visitors flying in specifically to ride.
The drive from central Bangkok is 45 minutes on a good run, longer if you hit traffic on the outer ring road. Plan accordingly. Reservations are recommended for weekends when the cable gets busy. The main cable runs until 10 PM daily.
