This is not a quick coffee stop. The queue structure and mandatory orientation video mean you commit at least two hours if you come at peak times. Arrive early or accept the wait. The no-reservation model keeps it accessible but unpredictable.

You pay at the counter, collect a queue number, and wait for your session to be called. The cafe runs fixed playtime slots throughout the day, and once capacity fills, the next group waits.

The ticket price sits between 350 and 500 baht depending on promotions and includes a drink, a slice of cake, and an hour in the dog enclosure. Payment is cash only. The cafe has a small seating area with four air-conditioned indoor tables and additional outdoor seats where you take your drink before the dog session starts.

More than 25 dogs rotate through the space. Most are Siberian huskies, but you'll also meet Old English Sheepdogs, Australian Shepherds, and occasionally other breeds. The dogs are not forced to interact. Some approach, some ignore visitors entirely, and staff enforce strict rules: no running, no forcing contact, no feeding, and no allowing the dogs to lick hands.

Before entering the enclosure, you watch a safety orientation video and put on disposable shoe covers. The playtime hour is supervised. Children under 15 face restrictions (some sources say outright ban, others say adult supervision required), so if you're bringing younger visitors, call ahead to confirm current policy.

The location is 153 Soi Ari Samphan 2 in Phaya Thai, closest to Ari BTS. The station is about 1.6 kilometers away, so most visitors take a tuk-tuk or Grab from the platform. There is no on-site parking, but street parking on the soi is possible. The cafe opens at 11:30 AM and the final session typically wraps by 5 PM, though session times and days can shift. Check the Facebook page before you go.
