Torisawa 22 is a yakitori counter on the second floor of Soi Sukhumvit 63, entered through a plain black door marked 22. Modelled on its Tokyo parent Azabu Torisawa, it seats only eight to ten around an L-shaped counter where the chef grills hormone-free chicken over binchotan charcoal. The omakase runs about 14 skewers across the whole bird, from breast and wing to offal cuts, finished with regional salts and tare sauces. Two seatings run at 17:30 and 20:15, and it appears in the Michelin Guide. Reserve ahead.
