ALLU operates differently: a private room on floor 37, specialists fluent in English and Japanese, and a fixed process that ends with a bank transfer the same day you accept. The trade-off is that you book ahead and come with an appointment. For sellers who value discretion over speed of walk-in access, that constraint is the point.
Forty floors above Phloen Chit Road, ALLU occupies two rooms across Level 37 and Level 38 of One City Center, the office tower sitting directly above BTS Phloen Chit station. The location is deliberate: corporate Bangkok, not a shopping mall, and accessible in under three minutes from the platform without stepping outside.
The operation runs on appointments. Sellers contact ALLU via Line to schedule a session, then arrive at the VIP private room where an expert evaluates each item individually and states a price. Accepted offers trigger a same-day bank transfer. For sellers who cannot or prefer not to visit, ALLU sends a specialist to the seller's home or office instead. The brand categories accepted span luxury watches from Rolex, Audemars Piguet, and Patek Philippe; bags from Hermès, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton; jewelry from Cartier and Van Cleef and Arpels; and raw precious metals including gold and platinum. Appraisals are offered free of charge and carry no obligation to sell. Staff operate in English, Thai, and Japanese, and the venue is confirmed as an LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safe space with gender-neutral facilities on-site.
