This is long-term CBD living with a resort footprint. The garden scale puts most Sathorn apartment blocks to shame. If you need space for a family, a home office setup that lasts six months or longer, and want green surroundings without leaving the business district, the room sizes and lease flexibility work. Worth visiting the grounds before you commit.

You step off Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Soi 24 into three acres of landscaped tropical garden. The two free-form pools sit under palm cover, the waterfall runs year-round, and the jogging track loops the perimeter. This is Bangkok Garden, a serviced apartment complex that traded density for green space when most of Sathorn went vertical.

The units come in three layouts. Two-bedroom apartments start at 105 square meters, three-bedroom at 120, and the largest configuration (a 3+1 bedroom setup) spans 240 square meters. Every unit arrives fully furnished with separate living and dining zones, a kitchen with washing area, and a master bedroom with en-suite bath. The serviced option adds maid service three times weekly, linen and towel changes on a set rotation, and 100 Mbps WiFi.

The grounds hold a basketball court, a football pitch, a covered children's playground, a fitness center with sauna and Jacuzzi, and an on-site convenience store. A shuttle van runs to Chong Nonsi BTS on a loop. There is a restaurant and beauty salon within the complex. Security operates around the clock with CCTV coverage across the property.

Leases start at six months minimum. This is purpose-built for expat families on posting assignments, long-term contractors, or anyone who needs a full household setup in central Bangkok without the noise compression of a high-rise. The garden claim is not marketing. The green cover is visible from the street, and the pool area feels more like a provincial resort than Sathorn real estate. If your work puts you in Silom or Sathorn and you are staying past a quarter, the space-to-rent ratio here beats the serviced-studio alternative.
