Order the salted caramel French toast. The full pancake stacks run THB150 to THB250 and the portion sizing is generous enough to split. The rooftop is the draw here, especially on weekends when the ground floor fills. This is the fourth Breakfast Story location and the largest, run by the team behind Hair of the Dog.

You walk into light-wood tones and a cafe Americana layout stretched across three floors, with three al fresco seating areas. The rooftop level overlooks Soi Sukhumvit 11, directly across from the Mercure hotel. The kitchen opens at 7am and runs until 11pm every day except Monday, when it closes at 3pm.

The menu holds pancake stacks from THB150 to THB250 depending on whether you order a half or full stack, egg avocado wraps at THB260, and salted caramel French toast at THB280. The Fluffernutter shake is THB200. Breakfast dishes are available all day, which means you can walk in at 10pm after dinner elsewhere and still order the French toast or a full pancake stack. The kitchen does not shift into a dinner-only mode. The portions are built for sharing or for one very hungry person, and the half-stack option exists for lighter appetites. The coffee program is a highlight, with espresso drinks and a broader tea selection available alongside the breakfast plates. Cocktails, beer, and wine are also on the menu for those ordering later in the day.

The women-owned business runs delivery and takeaway as well as dine-in, and the Wi-Fi is stable enough for laptop work if you need to settle in between breakfast and lunch hours. Free street parking is available on the soi, which is a rarity in this part of Sukhumvit.

This is the fourth Breakfast Story location in Bangkok and the largest, run by the same team behind Hair of the Dog craft beer bar. The Soi 11 address opened in June 2023 and is the first in the nightlife corridor for the brand.
