Caturday Cat Cafe
10400, 89/70 Phaya Thai Rd, Thanon Phetchaburi, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400
The European cafe aesthetic runs calmer and more deliberate. Go for the floor tables if you want cat interaction time. The house cats have quiet spaces to retreat when they need a break, so you are not guaranteed constant attention. Buy the cat licker treats if you want to shift the odds. The chocolate lava cake is the move if you are here as much for dessert as for the cats.
The cafe is near Ratchathewi BTS. You walk in, remove your shoes, and disinfect your hands before stepping into the main room. The hygiene protocol protects the resident cats.
The interior runs European cafe styling with cat-themed paintings and ornaments along the walls. Caturday mixes standard dining tables with low floor tables designed for closer feline access. Scottish Folds, Persians, American Shorthairs, and Munchkins rotate through the space throughout the day. Expect around twenty cats on any given afternoon, though the count shifts. Each cat has access to quiet retreat areas when they want distance from visitors, so constant interaction is not guaranteed, though you can feed, stroke, and play with whichever cats approach your table. Cat licker treats are available for purchase at the counter if you want to encourage more attention. The floor seating puts you at cat eye level.
The 200-baht entry fee converts fully to food and beverage credit. The menu covers cakes and drinks.
Red velvet cake and chocolate lava cake are both on rotation. The setup means you are paying for the cafe experience itself, not a door charge on top of your order. The floor tables give you the most cat contact time, while the standard tables work better if you want to eat without feline interference.
Open Tuesday through Friday from noon to 8 PM, weekends from 11 AM to 8 PM. Closed Mondays. Both free and paid parking are available on-site.
