Cooking with Poo and Friends is a Thai cooking school in the Khlong Toei community, started in 2007 by Saiyuud Diwong, known as Khun Poo, as part of the Helping Hands initiative supporting families in the neighbourhood. Classes are capped at 12 people and include a walk through Khlong Toei market to buy ingredients before cooking. Booking one to two weeks ahead is advised, as sessions fill up.
