The concept is a deliberate dual track: Modern Italian technique applied to classic preparations, and a curated fine-steak programme running alongside it. Neither overwhelms the other, and the result is a menu with genuine range.

On the Italian side, lead with the Truffle Risotto with Hokkaido Scallops, where earthy truffle meets ocean-sourced protein over creamy risotto. The Burrata Salad pairs creamy burrata with cherry tomatoes as a lighter opening. Pasta and other Italian classics fill the middle of the menu.
