Glasstech joined the Belron global automotive glass network in 2024, bringing its 35-plus years of Bangkok operating history under a franchise that sets world-standard procedures for windscreen work. The Srinagarindra branch carries glass sourced from AGC, Saint-Gobain Sekurit, and Fuyao OEM stock, and its technicians perform both static and dynamic ADAS recalibration after any windscreen replacement. Insurance claims are accepted, and the branch is a partner of Bangkok Insurance.

Glass Heroes is operated by Glasstech (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a company founded in Bangkok in 1988 under the name Ramindra Automotive Glass Partnership before rebranding in 2009 to its current corporate identity. In 2024, Glasstech entered a franchise agreement with Belron, the world's largest automotive glass group, and all Glass Heroes branches now operate to Belron's international service and safety standards.

The Srinagarindra branch at 293-295 Soi Srinagarindra 63 in Prawet district serves the eastern Bangkok and Bang Na corridor. Services cover three primary categories: windscreen and automotive glass repair, full glass replacement, and ADAS camera and sensor recalibration.

Glass repair uses ART (Advanced Repair Technology) equipment, which restores structural integrity of the glass to 100 percent. Replacement glass is sourced from three named manufacturers: AGC, Saint-Gobain Sekurit, and Fuyao, all of which supply OEM-specification automotive glass. Adhesive and sealing products are supplied by Sika and Sunstar, matching original-equipment bonding standards.

ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) recalibration is the branch's technical differentiator. Modern vehicles integrate forward-facing cameras and radar sensors directly into the windscreen mounting, meaning that any glass removal or replacement displaces those sensors from their calibrated positions. Glasstech technicians carry out two recalibration methods depending on the vehicle and manufacturer specification: static recalibration, where the vehicle is positioned precisely in the workshop and targets are placed at defined distances for the camera system to re-reference; and dynamic recalibration, where the vehicle is driven on a prescribed route with variable road geometry while the system logs and corrects sensor data. Recalibration is also required after collision damage, suspension or ride-height modifications, and any ADAS warning-light event.

Additional services include window film installation, glass polishing and coating, the Glasstech Express mobile service, and Hishield screen-protector installation. Insurance claims for glass damage are processed at the branch, with Bangkok Insurance among confirmed partner insurers. Online queue booking is available via LINE ID @glassheroes.
