Greydient & Them opened in Bangkok's Khlong Toei district on Ratchadaphisek Road, a short walk from Asok BTS and MRT Sukhumvit. The café is a co-venture between Greydient Lab, a design consultancy based in Singapore, and Them.x Coffee, a specialty roaster from Samut Prakan. The two parties bring different strengths to the project: Greydient Lab shaped the spatial identity of the venue while Them.x Coffee developed the coffee program. The result is a compact loft-style space with industrial-chic detailing and a focus on specialty coffee. The house offering is the Greydient Blend, a medium roast drawing from Brazilian Cerrado and Thai Mae Jan Tai origins. The profile runs toward earthy notes with fruit and nut undertones alongside a clean and balanced finish that stays accessible across brew methods.
The drinks menu extends beyond the house blend. The Bandung Blitz is a rose-inspired drink made with jasmine-scented cream. Cold Brew Lychee combines lychee with cold brew base. Yuzu Coffee and Coffee Cola round out the specialty drinks menu. In-house baked goods run alongside the drinks program. Banoffee and Basque Cheesecake are among the pastry items alongside Carrot Cake and Banana Bread as well as Cranberry Scones.
The interior takes a loft format with industrial-chic details throughout. Greydient Lab's design background is evident in the spatial approach of the room. The café works for solo visitors as well as small groups and provides Wi-Fi throughout. Free parking is attached to the building at the Ratchadaphisek Road address.
Greydient & Them opens daily at 8AM and closes at 5PM. Dine-in table service and takeaway are both available throughout the day. Desserts and coffee can be ordered together or separately.
