Order the O.M.G. Pie at 350 THB first and build the rest of the table around it. The Mala Spaghetti with Crispy Chicken at 320 THB uses a house-made mala sauce that works better than expected. Drinks like the Uji Matcha Latte at 160 THB and Ichigo Strawberry Milk make good counterpoints to the richer desserts. Built for mornings when the glass-front space fills with natural light.

You walk through the OURS project on Charoen Nakhon Soi 10, a lifestyle complex that Thai actor and architect Sarin Ronnakiat built on a former kindergarten site directly opposite ICONSIAM, and find Holiday Pastry in a glass-fronted space flooded with natural light. Mid-century modern interiors, European vintage-inspired furniture, and fresh flower details complete a room that photographs well at any hour but particularly in the morning. Holiday Pastry opened officially on 24 September 2022 as Sarin's own dessert brand within the complex, drawing on a following he built through online bakery sales and pop-up appearances at Bangkok malls. The signature O.M.G. Pie at 350 THB is the reason that following grew: an oatmeal soft cookie base holds vanilla custard cream, and a thin caramelized layer on top breaks like a crème brûlée surface. Seasonal variations have included Durian Cheese Pie, Mango Sticky Rice Mochi, and Black Truffle Custard Mooncake, giving regulars reason to return. The kitchen runs a broader menu than the name suggests. Mala Spaghetti with Crispy Chicken at 320 THB uses a house-concocted mala sauce with al-dente pasta and mala-seasoned chicken. Korean Spicy Cheese Chicken Bombs and Mentaiko Carbonara Spaghetti, also at 320 THB, complete a savory selection shaped by Western and Asian influences. Egg and Hen in Truffle Sauce at 350 THB adds a richer brunch option. On the drinks side the O.M.G. Coffee costs 240 THB, the Bon Fire 220 THB, and the Uji Matcha Latte and Ichigo Strawberry Milk are each 160 THB. Parking is available on site. The BTS Gold Line Charoen Nakhon station also puts the complex within reach without a car.
