ICONSIAM earns its landmark status through a combination of ambition and execution. The ICONLUXE floor presents the densest concentration of global luxury flagship stores in Thailand under one roof. SookSiam on the ground level, a 16,000-square-metre indoor zone representing all 77 Thai provinces, is genuinely worth a visit as a cultural experience entirely independent of shopping. The riverside setting and Gold Line BTS access seal it as one of Bangkok's most distinctive destinations.

ICONSIAM opened on 9 November 2018 on Charoen Nakhon Road in Khlong San, on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River. Developed jointly by Siam Piwat, MQDC Magnolia Quality Development, and Charoen Pokphand Group at a cost of approximately 54 billion baht, the project occupies a 750,000-square-metre riverside site and represents one of the largest retail investments in Thai history.

The complex rises eight floors and holds more than 7,000 Thai and international brand touchpoints across retail, dining, and entertainment spaces. The building is noted for one of the world's longest pillarless all-glass facades, which follows the curve of the Chao Phraya riverbank and floods the interior with natural light.

The ground floor is divided into two distinct zones. ICONLUXE houses the flagship stores of the world's leading luxury brands including Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Fendi, and Dolce and Gabbana, many of which opened their first Thailand flagship here. SookSiam, the 16,000-square-metre cultural showcase zone, presents the crafts, food, textiles, and products of all 77 of Thailand's provinces in a design inspired by traditional Thai market architecture, complete with water channels running through the floor.

Floors two through seven carry lifestyle, fashion, sports, home, technology, and dining across a broad spectrum of price points, from global high street to premium Thai designers. More than 100 restaurants operate throughout the building, covering Thai regional cuisine, Japanese, Korean, European, and contemporary fusion formats.

The eighth floor houses the ICONSIAM Heritage Museum, a permanent gallery of Thai cultural and historical artefacts alongside rotating exhibitions from institutions around the world.

A riverside park of more than 10,000 square metres runs along the water's edge, accessible from the complex at ground level. A water feature running more than 400 metres is one of the longest in Southeast Asia.

BTS Gold Line Charoen Nakhon Station connects directly to ICONSIAM. The Gold Line links to Krung Thon Buri Station on the BTS Silom Line, providing full network access. A ferry shuttle service also operates from the Chao Phraya waterway for visitors arriving by boat.
