The clay pot arrives sealed. You crack it open and the steam hits first. Inside: glass noodles tangled with crab or shrimp and the aromatics that steamed with them. The kitchen builds every dish the same way, sealed and steamed until the shellfish gives everything to the noodles.

The menu lists five dishes, all following the same steaming method, and every one centers on glass noodles soaking up whatever the shellfish releases under heat. Shrimp Baked with Glass Noodles runs 290 baht, the baseline version and the fastest to the table. Crab options split by size and whether the kitchen includes roe. The standard crab version costs 310 baht, female crab with roe adds richness and depth at 550 baht, and the large crab format reaches 750 baht, built for groups of three or four. Add extra glass noodles for 20 baht if the portion looks light, though most plates arrive with more noodles than you expect. The kitchen seals each pot before steaming, and the lid stays on until the dish reaches your table.

The restaurant opens Tuesday through Sunday, 3PM to 9PM, closed Mondays. Reservations go through LINE and the popular dinner slots fill by mid-afternoon on weekends. Walk-ins queue at the counter. Cash only, no cards accepted.
