The water sits at maternal womb temperature and runs through a drinking-water-level filter with ozone disinfection. Every tub gets emptied and cleaned before the next session. The 30-minute Jacuzzi class teaches breath-holding first, then works toward controlled diving over 3 to 5 seconds.
