NOWAKI is a six-seat Edomae sushi counter on the 2nd floor of The Third Place on Thonglor Soi 10 in Khlong Tan Nuea, a short walk from Thong Lo BTS. The chef serves omakase course by course in front of guests, working with seasonal fish sourced from Tokyo's Toyosu market. Two nightly seatings run roughly 17:30 to 19:30 and 20:00 to 22:00, and it closes on Mondays. Reservations are essential given the limited seats.
