This is the Bangkok outpost of a Chiang Mai farm operation that turned its produce into a restaurant chain. The organic pitch is genuine, not just marketing. Order the salads if you want volume. You take the escalator to the third floor of Siam Square One and the vegetables arrive before you do. Ohkajhu grows on its own organic farms north of Chiang Mai, then trucks the harvest south to Bangkok.

The salads are built for two people even when the menu says one. Leaves, herbs, and whatever the farm sent that week, with protein (salmon, steak, grilled chicken) as an add-on or centerpiece. The smoothies pull from the same rotation. Steak cuts occupy the other half of the menu for anyone unconvinced by vegetables alone. Vegan spaghetti and small plates round out the choice. Everything sits under 900 baht.

The dining room leans into the farm story with greenery worked through the space, though you are still in a mall on Rama I Road. Table service, full kitchen, card payment accepted. Reservations run through Chope or by phone. Walk-ins join a wait during the lunch and dinner push. The restaurant operates within Siam Square One's daily hours, opening at 10 AM and closing at 10 PM.

The menu is not posted online. You browse when you sit down. Portions are generous enough that solo diners often leave with a box. If you are here for organic produce that tastes like it was cut this morning, the salads prove it. If you are here because someone else insisted, the steak will keep you civil.
