PALSAIK Siam Center
2nd Floor Siam Center, 979 Rama I Rd, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330
Order the Palsaik Set first. At 1,035 baht for three to four people, it's the full lineup: all eight marinated pork cuts plus a choice of Korean soup to close the meal. The individual 220-baht plates work if you want to double down on one flavor, but you're here for the variety.
You step off the escalator onto Siam Center's second floor and the scent of grilling pork pulls you toward the copper vent hoods. The grill sits in front of you, sloped and imported from Korea, built to funnel fat away while the meat caramelizes. Each table gets its own flame.
The signature here is the eight-color marinated pork. Each belly slice soaks in one of eight bases for 12 to 36 hours: ginseng, wine, pine needle, garlic, herbal blend, curry powder, miso, or gochujang. What lands on your grill is tender and pre-flavored, built to char fast.
The Palsaik Set at 1,035 baht serves three to four people and includes all eight cuts plus a Korean soup to close. Pick from seafood broth or kimchi stew. Individual marinated plates run 220 baht each if you want to double down on a favorite, and the menu lists A5 Japanese wagyu at 800 baht.
The Palsaik Set is built for three to four people, so call ahead if you're bringing a group. The phone line is 02-001-5568.
The room runs white-floored with wood panel accents and monochrome furniture, the copper vent hoods hanging from a black ceiling to pull smoke up and out. PALSAIK opened this Siam Center branch in June 2019, the first Thailand location for a chain that already operates in Korea, Japan, the United States, Australia, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, and the Philippines. The format here is casual, built for groups and university students who want a hands-on grill session without the formality of a traditional Korean barbecue house. Lunch and dinner slots both work, and the mall connection means parking is available if you're driving in from outside the Siam BTS radius. Come hungry and come with at least two other people.
