You step off the Central World escalator onto the 2nd floor Forum zone and Playmondo's four nature-themed play sections occupy the corner space ahead, each color-coded and built for a different energy level. Desert is sand-toned and runs lower to the ground with crawl-through tunnels and foam obstacles designed for toddlers who are still building confidence on slopes. Ocean spreads blue with netting, slides, and a shallow ball pit. Forest sits green and vertical with the rock wall anchoring one side and climbing structures that let older kids test their grip strength. Volcano takes the red corner with the tallest slides and fastest descents, the section that draws the age-13 crowd who have outgrown the gentler zones. The layout is open-plan so you can track your child from the parent seating that rings the perimeter.
The facility operates on a "Learn Through Play" concept. In practical terms that means supervised free-roaming across ball pits, foam obstacles, climbing structures, and soft-surface zones built for toddlers through age 13. Staff circulate between the zones and clean surfaces between sessions. The air conditioning holds even when the space hits capacity on weekend afternoons.
The on-site cafe serves cheesy fries, ham and cheese toasted sandwiches, and drinks. The age cap is 13, so early teens who have outgrown soft-play equipment will find the zones too young for them.
