You step off Mayom Alley into a low-lit room hung with bicycle frames, jerseys, and saddle-bag ephemera. The wood-fired oven sits near the back, and the smell of bread coming off the stone is the first thing that lands.
The kitchen has been here for more than 25 years, run by an owner who rides as seriously as he cooks. That biography is the whole logic of the place: homemade pasta, wood-fired pizza, a small Thai section for anyone who wandered over from Khao San by accident. The Burrata pizza and the carbonara are the signatures the regulars order without looking at the menu.
