Swimming Kids Pattanakarn 28
34 Alley, Suan Luang, Bangkok 10250
Start the Small class before your child turns one. The saltwater approach is gentler on infant skin and eyes than a chlorinated pool, and the 10-week term structure gives you enough sessions to see real progression without committing to a six-month block. The warm water means comfort is never the friction point.
You walk in and the indoor pool sits straight ahead, heated and filled with saltwater in place of chlorine. The warmth is immediate. Instructors work in the water.
The school runs seven age-based levels, starting with Small class for infants aged four to twelve months and progressing through Smile, Smart, Strong, Pre-Swim, Swim, and finally Stroke for children up to twelve years old. Each level targets specific developmental milestones: breath control comes first for the youngest swimmers, then water movement and floating skills, then full stroke technique and water safety protocols for the older groups. Terms run ten weeks with one session per week, priced between 8,500 and 9,900 baht depending on the class level, plus a one-time registration fee of 1,000 baht when you enroll. The Ministry of Education certifies the curriculum, and the school also draws teaching methods from Australian swim institutions, so the progression follows international standards rather than improvised lesson plans.
Instructors work in the pool with each child, focusing on confidence-building alongside stroke mechanics. The school aims to develop focus and communication skills through the swimming curriculum, not just physical competence in water. The saltwater system means less irritation than chlorine for young skin and eyes.
The school is closed every Monday. Weekday hours run 10AM to 6PM, and weekend hours extend to 9AM-6:30PM. Book by phone or Line ID for term registration.
