You arrive on Khaosan Road and The Club announces itself before you reach the door. The oversized neon sign hangs above the entrance and the queue that builds past 10 pm on busy nights is its own advertisement. Inside, three storeys unfold around a massive central dance floor with an elevated DJ booth at its centre, two bars, sofas, and standing tables positioned for the best sightlines to the stage. The Club opened here in 2007 when Khaosan was already world-famous. Alex Garland's novel The Beach and Danny Boyle's film adaptation had fixed this street in the imagination of backpackers from dozens of countries, and The Club became part of that story early. By 2022 it was celebrating its 15th anniversary. By 2026 it had reached No. 71 in the DJ Mag Top 100 Clubs list, the only serious international ranking for club venues. The 2025 upgrade cemented the transformation. A brand-new Funktion-One Evolution X sound system now powers the room, and 60 square metres of LED lighting complete an installation that places The Club firmly in superclub territory by any measure. The capacity stands at 800. Residents spin house, bass house, tech house, future house, progressive house, big room, bounce, hip-hop, and open-format. International guests have included names such as Jaden Bojsen, Sam Collins, Lia Lisse, DJ D.O.D, and Mike Candys. Special event nights such as Halloween and Full Moon parties draw capacity crowds. Entrance starts at 120 THB on regular nights, rising to 300 THB or more for special events, and the ticket covers one standard drink. Doors open at 9 pm daily.
