The LINE claims channel (@tmsthservice) cuts through hold times when you need a status update or document submission. English and Japanese service are available at the main hotline. The network of 1,000+ affiliated repair shops across Thailand is more useful than the branch location when you actually need to use your motor policy.

Tokio Marine Safety Insurance operates from the first two floors of the Orakarn Building on Chit Lom Road, one of 90+ branches serving the combined entity that emerged in August 2018 when Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance acquired Safety Insurance. The parent group carries 140 years of insurance history across 57 countries. The Thai operation itself traces back to 1946 for the Tokio Marine side and 1941 for Safety Insurance.

Weekday-only hours. The counter closes at 4:45 PM Monday through Friday and stays shut Saturday and Sunday.

You walk in off Chit Lom Road to the service counter on the first floor. The branch handles motor vehicle policies, home and property coverage, accident and travel insurance for individual clients, plus marine cargo, property damage, engineering, and corporate liability products for business accounts. English-language service is available through the main hotline at 02-257-8000 and the claims email at claim_center@tokiomarinesafety.co.th. Japanese customer service runs through the same channels. Claims reporting follows three paths: online submission forms through the website, LINE messaging at the official @tmsthservice account, or direct phone contact during business hours. The company holds an A (Stable) rating from Standard & Poor's as of February 2025, and the network includes over 1,000 affiliated repair shops across Thailand for motor insurance claims.

Arrive before 4 PM if you need a policy review or claims consultation that requires more than document drop-off. The 4:45 closing leaves minimal buffer for complex cases that walk in late.
