Single-origin filter coffee drips start at 120 baht, served in wine glasses, with selections rotating across more than 30 flavour profiles. Open daily 08:00 to 19:00.
Ministry of Roasters, known in Thai as กระทรวงการคั่ว, anchors itself on the principle that knowledge underpins every good cup of coffee. Located on Sukhumvit 101/1 in the Bang Chak area of Phra Khanong, adjacent to Lotus Express, the venue functions simultaneously as a cafe, a roasting lab, a retail bean shop, and a host for SCA-accredited and specialty coffee courses through its in-house education arm, SOCOF (School of Coffee).
Five named house blends sit at the centre of the espresso programme. 'People' (ประชาชน) is a dark-roast Grade A Lao bean with dark chocolate, bitterness, and spice at 220 baht per 200g bag. 'King and Ha' blends Thai and Lao beans at a medium roast, producing chocolate and nut tones with light citrus, at 220 baht. 'Official' (ข้าราชการ) uses a Brazilian natural process at medium roast, with chocolate sweetness, at 240 baht. 'Kad Luang' is a heavy dark roast from Grade A Lao beans at 180 baht. The fifth bean, 'Minister' (รัฐมนตรี), is sourced from Ethiopia.
The filter coffee board exceeds 30 single-origin options and spans roast levels and origins from the northern Thai highlands (Doi Chang, Chiang Rai) to Costa Rica and Ethiopia. Filter coffees are served hot or drip on ice from 120 baht per cup. The menu also includes signature beverages: Yellow Sky and Dirty Original Coffee are among the recommended in-house creations at 130 baht and 120 baht respectively, alongside Coconut Cold Brew (120 baht) and Dirty Matcha (140 baht). Brunch items, cakes, and bakery rounds out the food menu for all-day dining.
Coffee-making equipment and the full retail bean range are available for purchase in the shop zone. The barista team holds titles from multiple national and regional competition stages. SOCOF courses include Q Arabica, SCA Sensory Skills, GCS Techno Barista, and Coffee Flavorist Training. Open daily 08:00 to 19:00.
