Bar director Philip Bischoff, a Berlin native previously of Manhattan in Singapore, helms a cocktail programme that draws on Latin America for its creative framework. The current menu looks to Mexico for inspiration, with the Hand of God and La Capilla among the signature builds. Built for a long evening with a cigar in one of the two outdoor courtyards, a glass of champagne, or a carefully constructed cocktail from a list that earns its place among the world's best.

You enter through Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River on Charoen Krung Road and arrive at a space that treats the boundary between interior and garden as fluid. Plants descend from chandeliers overhead, green velvet banquettes line the walls with backrests that stretch to ceiling height, and colonnades layer the room into sections that invite exploration. Two semi-outdoor courtyards extend the footprint and are set up for cigar smoking.

BKK Social Club is helmed by Philip Bischoff, a Berlin native who came to Bangkok after running the bar programme at Manhattan in Singapore. His cocktail philosophy draws on Latin American culture and in its current iteration focuses on Mexico, its people, places, and bar culture. The Hand of God takes its name from Diego Maradona's divisive 1986 World Cup quarter-final goal and is a spirits-forward build. La Capilla is named after the Tequila bar where the original drink was created and arrives at BKK Social Club in a version calibrated across salty, sour, sweet, and bitter.

The bar also carries an elevated selection of wines, champagnes, and cigars alongside the cocktail list, and bar bites are available throughout service. The space operates daily from 5:00 PM to midnight, which positions it as an evening destination from pre-dinner through late night.

The rankings track the bar's standing over time: No. 7 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2024, No. 12 on The World's 50 Best Bars 2024, No. 19 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2025, and No. 49 on The World's 50 Best Bars 2025. It is Thailand's highest-ranked bar on the global list for multiple consecutive years.
