Préf occupies House No.1 on Soi Sathon 11, designed in a Japandi-meets-French aesthetic with indoor cafe zones, a gallery room, and an outdoor area with a pool. The signature galette, made from homemade buckwheat flour, anchors the savory menu. A specialty coffee bar and full drinks list cover morning through late-night. Walk from BTS St. Louis in under five minutes.

You turn into Soi Sathon 11 from the busier Sathon Road in Yan Nawa, and House No.1 appears at the far end: a white building surrounded by greenery, set apart from the traffic of the main road by enough distance to feel genuinely removed.

Préf takes its name from the French word 'préféré', meaning favorite, and describes its concept as a dedication to sharing its founders' preferred dishes. The interior follows a Japandi-French design language: minimalist lines, calm tones, and a central bar that serves as the operational core, pouring specialty coffee and draught beer through the day and crafted cocktails into the evening.

The signature dish is the galette, a French savory crepe made from homemade buckwheat flour and served with a range of toppings. The menu also covers brunch dishes, pasta including shrimp angel hair, salmon tartare with egg yolk, and a truffle and salmon pizza option, alongside a full drinks list that spans the cafe morning through the bar evening.

The Voila Latte, a signature coffee drink, is among the most ordered items. The space divides into several distinct zones: a cafe area, a VIP room, a gallery room equipped with projector and sound system, and an outdoor zone with a pool and garden, all of which the venue rents for private parties, events, weddings, and commercial shoots.

Service hours run Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to midnight. The venue is roughly a five-minute walk from BTS St. Louis station. Lead with the buckwheat galette as the anchor of any visit, and stay for the bar program if the evening calls for it.
