The chairs are barrel-style, the setup leans industrial, and the grill is already in front of you when you sit. Staff bring banchan before you order. The refills are unlimited, the side dishes arrive in small bowls, and the rotation changes but always includes kimchi, pickled radish, and other Korean fermented staples. The room runs casual, the lighting is functional, and the focus is the grill and the table in front of you. Outdoor seating is available if you prefer open air, but the ventilation system inside does the job well enough that smoke is not an issue at the indoor tables.
