The draw is the diversity and the structure. Most expat churches in Bangkok lean either mega-church or informal house-church; ECB splits the difference with enough scale to run dedicated ministries (men's, women's, young adults, business fellowship) while keeping Sunday attendance around 1,000. If you are new to Bangkok and want a congregation that mirrors the international composition of the city itself, start here.

You walk into a modernist-style building on Sukhumvit Soi 10, three minutes from Asok BTS, and the lobby already shows the spread: over 70 nationalities worship here, with members spanning expatriates, missionaries, and local Thai families. The church was established in 1966 as a Christian and Missionary Alliance mission base and has since grown into one of Bangkok's largest English-speaking congregations. Current leadership includes pastors Phil Holcomb, Pablo Morales, and Kevin Moua, supported by 30 full-time staff and several hundred volunteers.

Sunday services run at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM in the main worship hall. Both are in English. Children's ministry (CrossTown) operates during services, and the church offers LIFE Groups for small-group discipleship, Adelphoi men's ministry, Oasis women's ministry, young adult programming, and a business fellowship for professionals. Baptism, family dedication, and wedding ceremonies are available by arrangement.

The church holds membership in the Evangelical Free Church of America and maintains affiliation with the Evangelical Fellowship of Thailand. In 2023, the congregation's income totaled 41.29 million Thai baht, funded entirely by gifts and donations. The facility includes a fellowship area, classrooms, children's ministry spaces, and on-site pastoral apartments.

Parking is available at Benchakitti Forest Park on Sundays; the church does not operate its own lot. The office is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Closed Mondays. Reach the team at info@ecb.asia or +66 2 653 0521. The church also maintains a mobile app for members, with sermon archives, event calendars, and spiritual growth resources.
