The Aerial Flow Yoga studio is the draw here. Most mall gyms stick to weights and treadmills; this one carved out space for aerial work. The cycling studio and boxing area give options beyond the floor. Book classes well ahead. The sauna and steam earn the membership when the training is done.

You step off the BTS Asok escalator, walk through Terminal 21's mall entrance, and ride the elevator to the 6th floor. The gym sits at the far end of the corridor, past the food court and cinema. Direct MRT Sukhumvit access works the same way.

The floor divides into zones. Free weights and loaded machines anchor the strength section, with dedicated areas for each type of work. Cardio equipment lines the windows where daylight comes through. The boxing area runs separate with its own space. The cycling studio holds its own room, with bikes set up for instructor-led guided rides. The Aerial Flow Yoga studio is the unusual part for a mall gym, with the suspended fabric setup needed for inversions and aerial suspension work that most Bangkok gyms don't offer. The combo studio handles the rotating schedule of group fitness classes. WiFi reaches across the floor, shoe lockers line the entryway, and a lounge area gives members a place to sit between training blocks.

Group fitness and personal training both run through a booking system. Book ahead, 46 hours ideally. No walk-ins. The rule limits each member to one class per day, so the schedule stays manageable for regulars and the studios don't overpack. Certified trainers build customized programs if group classes aren't the fit.

The MYCOACH system tracks progress through the app. Sauna and steam rooms sit in the changing area, ready after training. The membership covers this location and gives access to other Fitness First clubs across the network if you move between neighborhoods or travel.
