You walk into the 3rd-floor Jasmine City studio and the approach becomes clear fast: this is not drop-in training. ASPIRE operates on coached programming, blending movement work with nutrition systems, physiotherapy, and stress management under what they call the 5 Pillars model. Every client gets baseline assessments (DNA genetic testing and Heart Rate Variability analysis are standard), and the trainers use that data to shape the plan forward.

The facility houses proprietary recovery tools. PhotoBiomodulation therapy runs through an Energy Lounger unit (the studio describes it as the first and only such system in Thailand), EWOT stations deliver Exercise With Oxygen Therapy between sets, and Isophit equipment handles isometric strength work. Standard cardio and resistance setups fill the rest of the floor, but the recovery tech is the operational signature here.

Programs start at 12,000 baht per month and most clients commit to the 12-week transformation track, which pairs one-on-one coaching sessions with group fitness access and a private online community for accountability between visits. The team holds 25 years of combined global experience and the client base skews toward C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, and professional athletes who need structured plans that account for travel and variable schedules.

Services extend beyond standard personal training: nutrition coaching (the Fuel system), weight loss programming under the Clean & Lean brand, physiotherapy and rehab for injury recovery, golf fitness, youth fitness tracks, corporate wellness packages, and performance life coaching for mindset work. The trainers and nutritionists collaborate per client rather than operating in separate lanes, so the movement plan and the meal plan evolve together.

The studio books by appointment only. Sessions run 7AM to 8:30PM weekdays and 7AM to 6PM on weekends, with the last slots filling earlier than the schedule suggests.
