Lead with the All Access pass if you want to mix disciplines. The grappling mats are solid (Flexi-Roll is a specific choice, not generic foam), and the coaching roster includes active competitors, so you train alongside people still fighting. Private sessions cost 2,500฿ for BJJ, Boxing, or MMA if you want technique work outside group classes. Start with a beginner package to get gear and two privates bundled.

You step in and the boxing ring sits in the center, elevated and roped. The striking area runs along one wall. The grappling zone occupies 150 square meters of Flexi-Roll mats. Strength and conditioning equipment fills the back section. Bangkok Fight Lab runs BJJ (gi and no-gi), Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA, and Judo across group classes six days a week, plus a kids' program for ages 5 to 13.

The gym holds certified affiliation with the Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association. The coaching team is made up of active competitors, current and former champions across disciplines. Private training is available at 2,500฿ per session for BJJ, Boxing, or MMA, with ten-session packages at a discount.

Three main membership tracks run the schedule. All Access costs 6,500฿ per month and opens every class on the timetable plus all equipment access, or you can pay 36,000฿ for six months. Hardcore Grappling (BJJ, No-Gi, MMA only) and Hardcore Striking (Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA only) each run 4,600฿ monthly, with six-month options at 25,000฿. Drop-ins cost 600฿ for a single class, or 1,100฿ for an all-day pass. Beginner packages bundle gear with two private sessions plus one month of group classes: the BJJ package includes a gi and costs 11,200฿, the Muay Thai version includes wraps and gloves for 9,350฿, the No-Gi kit includes a rashguard for 8,800฿, and Boxing gear plus access runs 10,250฿. The kids' program charges 3,500฿ monthly for ages 5 to 13.

The facility includes changing rooms with showers, a pro shop stocking gear, and Nourish Cafe operating on-site for post-training meals.

The location is a short walk from On Nut BTS, down Sukhumvit Soi 50. Classes run from 7:15 AM on weekdays, but Sunday operates limited hours (11 AM to 12 PM only), so the weekend training window is narrow. Book ahead for privates if you need specific technique coaching.
