Gallery Pizza

Gallery Pizza does one thing and refuses to do it badly. Twelve-inch wood-fired pies, a single size, 99% imported Italian ingredients, and a founding story built on four months of actual training in Italy rather than a mood board. The art-gallery angle is not a marketing afterthought; profits from every order go toward employment for resident artists at the adjacent Sathorn 11 Art Space. For Bangkok pizza, this is the honest version.
What launched in February 2016 as a delivery-focused pizza operation in Sathon has aged into one of Bangkok's more principled pies. Owner Shane Greene spent four months training with Italian pizzaiolos before bringing his dough recipe back to Thailand, and the discipline shows: every pizza comes out of a wood-fired oven, measures exactly 12 inches, and sources roughly 99% of its ingredients from Italy, with vegetables pulled from local markets as the sole exception.\n\nThe menu is straightforward without being lazy. Margarita, American pepperoni, white Italian, Hawaiian, and a krapow riff all sit alongside the vodka sauce pizza, which over the years has become the most requested off-menu order. A half-and-half option lets two flavors share one base, and a standing promotion of any two regular pizzas for THB 499 makes the math easy for a group. Gelato, wings, salads, pasta, craft beer, and a wine list ranging from THB 440 to THB 1,340 round out the order.\n\nThe art angle is structural, not decorative. Gallery Pizza operates in partnership with Sathorn 11 Art Space, and a portion of revenue goes toward paid employment for Thai artists doing residencies at the gallery. The name is not a reference to exposed brick and Edison bulbs.\n\nHours run daily from 11AM to 3AM, which makes this one of very few quality pizza options still operating at 2AM on a Tuesday. Delivery is the primary model, though the Naradhiwas Rajanakarindra Road address in Thung Wat Don, Sathon, is reachable for collection. One practical note: alcohol delivery cuts off at midnight, so the late window is pizza-and-soft-drinks territory if you order past that point.
