J'AIME sits on the second floor of U Sathorn Hotel in Thung Maha Mek, where Michelin-starred chef Jean-Michel Lorain opened the kitchen in 2014. Proteges build French set menus around Thai ingredients, and the dining room turns convention upside down with a grand piano fixed to the ceiling.
