Start with the beef. The A5 marble cuts show what the aging process does when it's done with precision, and the pork neck follows close behind. This is one of the few Korean BBQ rooms in Bangkok where the meat prep feels like the entire point, not just the backdrop. Order more than you think you need.

You walk in and the room is already warm. Binchotan charcoal burns low at every table, the smoke sits close to the ceiling, and the kitchen runs visible behind a half-wall partition where a Korean chef manages the line.

The menu is built around meat that has been aged twice. First, premium cuts are vacuum-packed and stored in refrigerated water at 0 to 5 degrees Celsius. Then they are dry-aged in a temperature-controlled cabinet before service. The result is beef and pork that cook softer and carry more flavor than standard preparation. You taste the difference in the A5 marble beef, where the marbling renders clean over the charcoal, and in the pork neck (moksal), which holds moisture through the sear. The menu also lists pork belly, pork jowl, beef chuck flap tail, and Korean beef tartare (yukhoe). Every order comes with banchan, the Korean side dishes that refill as you eat.

The service is à la carte. No sets, no combos. You build the meal one cut at a time. The staff grill some cuts tableside, others they leave to you. The rhythm depends on how many people are at your table and how fast you work through the first round.

The Bangkhunnon branch is the second location after the original in Bangna. It sits on Soi Charan Sanit Wong 32, a short walk from MRT Bang Khun Non. Free parking is available if you drive. The restaurant is closed Mondays and operates 11AM to 9:30PM the rest of the week. Reservations go through the phone line: call ahead if you are coming with more than two people or landing during weekend lunch.
