Stand at the MRT Lumphini Station exit and follow the underground link north, and you surface inside One Bangkok, a development that arrived in October 2024 and immediately set a new benchmark for mixed-use ambition in Thailand. The 17-hectare site on Witthayu Road in Lumphini occupies a position between the business towers of the central district and the green lung of Lumpini Park, and the project's design honours that context by weaving publicly accessible green corridors throughout the complex.
The retail offer divides across three zones, each with its own atmosphere. The Parade anchors the experience at 85,000 square metres, bringing together fashion, lifestyle brands, home goods, and the acclaimed Mitsukoshi Depachika food hall, which transplants the department-store basement food culture of Japan into Bangkok with satisfying accuracy. The Storeys occupies 35,000 square metres and positions itself around concept stores from local and international design labels that favour curation over volume. Post 1928, at 40,000 square metres, moves into the territory of fine watches, jewellery, bespoke tailoring, Michelin-starred dining, and an experiential art space that changes its programming regularly.
Above and around the retail, One Bangkok stacks five hotel properties, Grade-A office towers, and luxury residences. The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok occupies the upper floors of the tallest tower, giving the skyline a new silhouette visible from much of central Bangkok. The Andaz One Bangkok, which opened in late 2025, adds a second five-star address to the complex.
Visiting on foot from the Ratchadamri BTS corridor or from the Lumphini MRT puts you within easy reach of the entire Retail Loop. Order a tasting course at one of the Post 1928 dining destinations and make time afterward to walk the green deck between the towers, where the project's landscaping frames views back toward Benjakitti Park and the canal. Worth arriving on a weekday morning when the Parade food hall is freshest and the crowds are manageable.
