Parade opened in October 2024 as the retail anchor of One Bangkok, occupying 85,000 square meters at the intersection of Wireless, Rama IV, and Sathorn Roads. The concept is declared as "A World of Choice Without Limits," and the floor count delivers on that. Fashion and accessories fill multiple levels, watches and jewelry get dedicated zones, cosmetics and beauty run their own floor, home furnishings spread across another. Restaurants and cafés punctuate the upper levels.

The ground floor is anchored by Mitsukoshi Depachika, a Japanese-format gourmet grocery that stocks prepared foods, international imports, and fresh produce under one hall. Several of the brands inside Parade are Thailand-first openings, giving the mall a flagship feel even when the tenant mix skews familiar. The layout is grid-logical, the lighting is white and even, the air conditioning runs cold.

Parade connects to the wider One Bangkok complex, which includes office towers, hotels, and a public park system that links to Lumphini and Benjakitti Parks.
