The 1,200 baht flat rate includes market education, all ingredients, and the option to pay after you have eaten what you cooked. Pimmy keeps the format simple: four classic dishes, hands-on prep from curry paste onward, no performance. If you want one afternoon to understand Thai flavor building without a lecture, this works.

You step off the BTS at On Nut Exit 1, walk Sukhumvit 77 to the soi entrance, and turn into On Nut 2 alley where the market is already running by 9 AM. The school sits 100 meters in, a shophouse kitchen with personal woks laid out and Pimmy waiting to take the group straight into the market for ingredient selection before the first knife touches a board.

The four-dish menu covers the tourist standards: Tom Yum Koong, Som Tam Thai, Pad Thai, and green curry with chicken, plus mango sticky rice. You make curry paste by hand.

You fry your own spring rolls. Each student works an individual wok, and Pimmy demonstrates technique without the multi-course narrative you'd get at hotel schools. The format is direct.

Classes run twice daily: 9 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. Vegetarian swaps are standard; the kitchen accommodates vegan, halal, or other dietary requests with advance notice, and no MSG is added to any dish. Be on time for the morning or afternoon start. If you miss the meeting window, you miss the market walk, and the market walk is the reason the ingredient selection makes sense when you are back at your wok station. The 1,200 baht fee includes the market visit and all ingredients. You can pay after the class. The setup is built for first-timers and one-visit tourists; Bangkok expats come back when they need to relearn a dish they've let slide.

On Nut BTS Exit 1 puts the school within a five-minute walk, which beats the afternoon Sukhumvit traffic if you are coming from west of the city.
