Rated 4.6/5 from 530 Google reviews.

The late hours are the tactical advantage here. Most Khaosan kitchens close by midnight; this one runs past 3AM with the grill still on. Go for the double patty (95g each, the recommended size) and skip the single if you are even moderately hungry. The city-named menu makes ordering easy for the international crowd that fills the soi after dark.

You walk in off Khaosan Road and the smell of beef hitting a flat-top grill reaches you before you sit down. The kitchen works smash-burger style: imported 100% Australian beef, ground fresh daily, pressed thin on the griddle to get the crust right. Every burger comes with a city name and a fixed build. The New York doubles up on American cheese with onion, pickles, ketchup, and mayo. The Paris adds smoked bacon, tomato, lettuce, Dijon mustard, and truffle mayo. The Bangkok swaps in pickled jalapeños, chili mayo, and keeps the American cheese.

Patties come in three sizes. Single is 130g. Double is two 95g patties and marked as the recommended option on the menu. Triple stacks three of the same 95g rounds. The vegan line runs through the San Francisco burger, which uses Beyond Meat and vegan cheese. The Dubai goes deep-fried chicken instead of beef. The Phuket build brings caramelized onions, grilled pineapple, chili mayo, and rocket salad on top of the standard patty.

The kitchen stays open until 4AM every night of the week, starting service at 11:30AM. That makes this one of the few Khaosan Road kitchens still cooking past 2AM when the bars close and the soi empties into the street looking for food. Parking is available, which is rare for this stretch. The space takes cards, NFC payments, and serves beer and alcohol alongside the burgers. Halal certification applies across the menu.

This is one of 25 Prime Burger locations spread across Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Krabi, Koh Samui, Phi Phi, and Hua Hin. The Khaosan branch pulls the usual backpacker traffic during the day and picks up the late-night bar crowd after midnight. Order the double if you want enough beef to register. The Bangkok burger with pickled jalapeños delivers more heat than the Paris or Stockholm builds if you want chili on the patty.
