Fitness First Zone Central World ฟิตเนส เฟิรส์ท โซน เซ็นทรัลเวิลด์
3rd Floor, Central World, 4, Rajdamri Road, Khwaeng Pathum Wan, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330
The heart rate belt syncs to overhead screens in every zone, so you watch your output climb in real time whether you are on the Skillmill or the Versa Climber. If you train better with data in front of you, this setup delivers. The 8AM Sunday opening cuts your weekend morning window shorter than weekdays.
You step off the escalator at Central World's third floor and the gym stretches across 1,700 square meters of dedicated training space. This is Fitness First's Zone concept, and the layout separates eight workout styles into distinct areas instead of mixing everything on one open floor.
The system runs on the F Zone Belt, a chest strap that tracks your heart rate and pushes the data to screens mounted in each zone. You see your current rate, calories burned, and accumulated points updating live during the session. The group cycling studio links cadence and terrain data directly to the bikes, so the screen in front of you mirrors what your legs are doing.
The HERO Zone anchors one side with Throwndown equipment for HIIT and strength fusion classes. The RUN Zone holds incline trainers that tilt up to 30 degrees. The BURN Zone stacks Versa Climbers, rowing machines, Ski Ergs, and Air Bikes for interval cardio. The SURGE Zone houses the Skillmill, a curved treadmill available at only three Fitness First locations. Walk to the BOXING Zone and you find Aqua Bags, water-filled heavy bags that absorb impact differently than standard leather. The GROUP EXERCISE Zone is the largest studio space, built for Body Combat, Zumba, and Body Jam classes. The MIND AND BODY Zone runs yoga, Hot Flow, Aerial Flow, Pilates, and meditation sessions in a quieter corner.
The facility opened in August 2018 as the first heart rate-based training center in Thailand, and that tech layer still defines the experience. Membership tiers determine which Fitness First branches you can access. Weekday hours run 6AM to 10PM; weekends close an hour earlier at 9PM, so plan your Saturday and Sunday sessions accordingly.
